Terms of Service
By booking in any class or session, you agree to be bound by Titan Pilates Terms and Conditions set out below. Participating in any form of exercise or session, paid or unpaid, at Titan Pilates is done entirely at your own risk. If you require medical advice or a doctor’s approval, please seek approval from a medical practitioner prior to commencing any classes, exercise program or session, including the sauna. You must inform our instructors if there are any risks to your health, if you have any pre-existing injury, illness, discomfort or are pregnant, prior to commencement. To attend a class or session, you must make a booking via the online booking system on the app. For hygiene and safety reasons, you must wear non-slip socks. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend Reformer classes. Teenagers (14–19) can attend Barre and Mat classes. Children that are not attending our classes cannot be left in the studio unsupervised while you attend classes. You acknowledge that our instructors may make physical contact with you for correction to ensure that your practice is undertaken in accordance with known practice methods. We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. We reserve our right to change our opening hours at our studio. All passes, packs and memberships may be subject to price increases. The studio may be closed on Public holidays. Notification of studio closures are posted in Studio and via email.
Memberships
No refunds on the cost of a membership are provided in case of change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address, unsuitability or any other reason.
Passes and Packages
Reformer Class Packages are not valid for all Large Group Reformer classes. See details for which classes are available within class packages. No refunds, suspensions, transfers or extensions are available for passes. Starter Packages are valid for five weeks from the purchase date. It is available to new Members only and can be purchased only once. Single Passes are valid for one month from the purchase date. 10 pack is valid for six months from purchase date. 20 pack is valid for ten months from purchase date. 50 pack is valid for one year from purchase date. Two classes can be booked per day, subject to availability.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly Reformer memberships are valid for all Large Group Classes and are automatically processed via nominated credit card or debit card every four weeks. Monthly memberships renew every 4 weeks and are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended. Monthly memberships can be put on hold for up to six weeks per year. You must provide at least one month’s notice prior to the next payment cycle via email to info@titanpilates.com with the hold dates, with the hold in 4-week increments. We are not able to back date membership holds.
Waitlist
When a class you would like to attend is full, please sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, you will receive an email advising that you have been placed in the class. You are under no obligation to take a waitlisted booking, but it is your responsibility to cancel if you are unable to attend, otherwise you will be charged a class credit.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure every member has a chance to attend class and/or a session. Class and sauna session cancellations can only be made via the online booking system on the app. Cancellations can be made up to 24-hours prior to your class or session start time without penalty. Members who fail to attend or cancel less than 24-hours prior will forfeit their class or session. Private and semi-private classes have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Monthly Membership Termination
We require at least one month’s written notice prior to next payment cycle to terminate memberships. Please email the termination request to info@titanpilates.com. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination is permitted and no fee will be charged. Termination takes effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
Refunds and Returns
All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are given on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty, in which case it is to be returned to the studio within seven days upon purchase. Gift cards do not have an activation expiry date. They are not redeemable for cash and no refunds, transfers or exchanges are available. Refunds are only issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if our staff incorrectly processes a sale on the member’s behalf.
Personal Agreement / Waiver
I agree that Titan Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them and any other sessions with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I release Titan Pilates from any claims, demands, damages and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation. By booking into a class you automatically agree to all the Terms and Conditions of Titan Pilates.
Privacy
This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the information and data gathered by Titan Pilates when you use this service, how we store your information, information we collect and to the degree your information may be used. Titan Pilates takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as listed in this policy.
Data Collection & Use
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your registration process. As part of the registration process to use Titan Pilates services you need to provide your full name, address, email address, cell phone, county, state, postal code, and billing information. You may elect not to provide this information, but you will then not be able to use Titan Pilates services or certain features.
Analytics
We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Titan Pilates website and services, including cookies, IP addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider, entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data. Titan Pilates only uses this information to improve the quality of our services and products.
Email Notices
When you register to use Titan Pilates services, your email will automatically be listed in the Titan Pilates mailing list. You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails from Titan Pilates at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing info@titanpilates.com.
Security
We employ and protect all data with SSL encryption and other security measures to ensure that your data is protected and safe. However, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring. Please take the proper steps to maintain the security of your account information.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise that right by contacting us at info@titanpilates.com.
